The Cocktails For A Cause event was organised to raise funds for the needed refurbishing of the St. Theresa’s Basic School in St. Mary, Jamaica. St. Theresa’s Basic School is home to 20 pre-school students ages 3 to 5 years old. The school, which houses the students is an 80+ year old concrete church building that has been re-purposed as a school. The students have been without electricity for four years, learning in an unsafe and uncomfortable environment.

Cocktails For A Cause was very successful thanks to the wonderful cuisine prepared by World Class Chefs Ray Williams and Carl Cassell. The event was hosted at Harlem Underground Restaurant in Toronto; where the drinks and conversation were flowing all night! World Class Jamaica extends a special thank you to everyone who worked to make the event possible, and to all the people who attended and donated to our cause.
